McMillan is located on M-28 in Luce County. Named for an early Luce County lumberman. McMillan is only a ghost of the booming logging town of the early 1900’s. The village reached a population of 300 in 1910 and businesses included two general stores, two saloons, livery stable, barber, sawmill, and druggist. Today the primary industry is tourism. Fishing: Bass Lake: Bass, Perch, Blue Crappie, Bluegill and Pike. Buckeye Lake and Murray Lake: Bass, Perch and Pike.
